    Glenn began his professional career in Toronto working together with Larry Graham as an associate business consultant and has over 25 years of business experience in sales, marketing, and business development living and working in North America and across Asia. As head of the media business division in Asia for a global financial information and technology provider he led the sales and service team across the region. As general manager, he created and implemented the executable plan to enter the mainland China market with the goal of establishing a platform for growth by building a high net worth individual investor business. As the director of business development for Canada, he was responsible for capitalizing on the burgeoning Internet and online financial marketplace in addition to targeting corporate treasury market users.

    In his earlier career, he and a business partner launched the first satellite delivered real-time weather and market data pricing service for energy and agricultural commodities traders across Canada. As manager of an integrated research consulting, management advisory and business intelligence service for a leading Canadian information services provider where he oversaw the launch of the first “off the shelf” Canadian syndicated market research reports that were produced in conjunction with Toronto Metropolitan University and were distributed through a network of marketing relationships established in both Toronto and New York. Two titles: “Children’s influence on buyer behaviour”, and “Financial institutions in Canada” were widely subscribed.

    In 2009, he earned a post graduate diploma in management research and a PhD in 2014 from the University of South Australia studying the Internet’s influence on customer relationships and brand trust. He also holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and has completed the Asian International Executive Programme at INSEAD.
