TRAIN – Deliver bespoke collaborative training, coaching and/or consulting.
This step focuses on the transfer, application and then adoption of bespoke knowledge, skills and tools to enable changed behaviour at the front line. This often involves learning how to do something for the first time and then expanding the breadth and depth of what was learned. Exercises and practice scenarios provide the vehicles for learners to act upon what has been learned, including planning or adapting to unique client-specific situations. All of our “TRAIN” efforts are based on what we learned during our comprehensive “AIM” discovery process.
