As part of the Centred Performance team, Lacricia has extensive experience in municipal leadership. Recently completing a 30 plus year career working in and overseeing various public services including but not limited to, Recreation, Leisure, Licensing, Enforcement, Customer and Administrative Services.

During her career Lacricia’s gained experience focusing in areas such as strategic planning, operational management, community engagement and partnerships, emergency management, team leadership, innovation and improvement.

A graduate of St. Lawrence College, Kingston, Lacricia holds an advanced diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management. Lacricia also has experience in both union and non-union environments including Labour and Employee Relations.

When not working for Centred Performance, Lacricia can be found traveling with her son Zach for hockey, exploring new culinary experiences with her husband Paul, spending any extra free time focusing on building her new skincare and wellness business or enjoying our Nation’s capital while visiting her daughter Lexi at University.
