Tara Perry
Tara provides Centred Performance with expertise in quality improvement processes with over 20 year’s experience in content application of administrative and quality assurance processes in the municipal fire service. She has been successful in institutionalizing the culture of continuous improvement, service outcomes with relevant performance data and culminating a comprehensive Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover resulting in national accreditation agency status.
Tara brings extensive leadership and analytical qualities with business experience in both the private sector and the public sector. She is a graduate from St. Lawrence College, Kingston in the Business-Advertising & Public Relations program and the Legal Assistant program. Further certification includes Fire Service Accreditation Manager; Incident Management System 100 and 200; Ontario Public Buyers Association: Public Purchasing and Risk Management; Ontario Municipal Management Institute: Municipal Service Delivery, Public Policy, Public Sector Organization, Project Management, Canadian Politics and Government.
